Basically, healthy lifestyle helps. The high cholesterol is a result of high stress or poor diet boosting inflamm. Also, LDL is only worrisome if lots of smaller dense shrunken LDL particles. The body makes LDL. When it gets damaged from inflam...then the problems begin, but that is downstream of nit exercising or eating processed foods or high stress, etc.
