For anyone interested in Homebrew dnd dragons. There is a artist called Sinlaire (Mukhlis Nur) who make dnd related art. Its very good if your need references for your DND campaign.

I’m unlikely to use the slime dragon, but I want more about Osse.

Reminds me of an Idea I had to throw at my Players at some point: a gelatinous Dragon.
Though, as per my Idea, it would not only be a unique creature, but technically not even a true Dragon, but would probably rather fall under the category of construct. The product of a, most likely, insane Alchemist, it broke free from the laboratory and now wreaks havoc across the land, trapping all kinds of creatures with its amber like breath.


In Essence, it's a giant, Dragon shaped gummy bear, with its breath weapon being basically the same substance as its body, and an excuse to throw a silly creature at my Players.

If one would intend to make it an actual Dragon, it would prefer to eat stuff like fruits or honey, so mostly sweet and sugary stuff, be a bit sticky to the touch (depending on the surroundings) and would probably be somewhat afraid of water. Or heat. Or cold. Basically, like a gummy bear, it gets sticky when wet, could possibly dissolve in water, melt in the heat, or be unable to move in the cold due to hardening.
It can be safely consumed, though it may cause bad teeth or sugar shock.

I heard that one of these once made their lair beneath the great keep at Maine, filling the catacombs there with it's weird gelatinous spawn... Occasionally you can still hear rumours of adventurers setting out for Osse hoping to seek out the legendary _Castle Maine for eggs._

I spent countless hours farming 1000's of slimes in the original dragon warrior nes games. This is definitely a step up(or 20) in design lol
