My body building style workouts often have a recovery period where I just mess around with skills. I use light Taekwondo training for active recovery as well, as other skills. I spend this time refining skills and find it's enough to get the blood flowing. I also find its a great way to teach the muscles to remain functional.

I might do another video showing the more advanced and very fancy lookin' rope dart technique as well as combining each of the techniques together to make some wicked combos "Jackie Chan style" lol!
