Wow I'm trying this now, fan on the back of the mobo, those results are promising. Dude you continue to inspire me.

Nice video! It’s so much easier to diagnose RAM instability using modules with temperature sensors. Most of my B-die kits don’t have one, so it can be a pain in the neck to guess what the issue is.

If you don't want to or just don't have the room to put a 120 on the back of the board, use your already installed case fans.
Couldn't you just look at the fans in the top your case and determine which fan best line up with memory slots and simply flip it over?
So instead of that fan exhausting air from the top it would now be blowing cooler air directly onto the ram for the same or maybe better thermal performance.
Just a thought, great video I'm really happy I found this channel tons of very useful info and teaches folks exactly what it takes to implement it.

Usually the led lights inside of the dram causes more heat or reduce dram voltage usually help decreasing the overall temps

Ok so I've been tuning ram on Z490 for a bunch of days now. 4100CL16 with 1.5v DRAM, 1.30v SA, 1.25v IO.
The hottest dimm peaked at 59C without a fan. I hung a 140mm fan with some string from the top of the case to blow on the ram.
RAM temps dropped by 20C during memtesting. The heatspreaders went from being painful to touch to barely feeling warm.

Nice video, I just put a 120mm fan on the back CPU socket and temps drop like 8 celsius, Thank you.

That's an awesome advice to put a fan backside of motherboard, why I haven't thought about that ever? Now I can have more RGB backside of motherboard too I subscribed
