In the process of doing a lube maintenance to my Gesture chair following the steps of a video you created ("How To Fix Your Loud Squeaky Steelcase Gesture Office Chair") I realized that the cylinder thru the base was reaching down very low - that is, the bottom of the cylinder is almost touching the floormat (I suspected lately that something was dragging or I felt resistance while rolling the chair but it was until I turned the chair sideways & upside-down that I actually confirmed there is a problem). I noticed a little black oil residue, not dripping, but can tell it must be due to the cylinder leaking. This chair was passed to me and thus have no proof of purchase (for warranty). How can I repair the chair? Does the entire cylinder need be replaced? Thanks in advance and appreciate your great videos!

How do you unlock the wheels, there seems to be a red locking mechanism at the bottom of each wheel that won’t unlock once pushed down
