What a shame; the advice to overcome this horrendous condition is what we’ve been hearing- eat better, exercise, and get vaxxed. If that worked, more people would do that.

I’ve spent over a year working to research and understand this crippling condition to save my own life and I can tell you by far, it’s not this simple and treating systemic inflammation with the resulting effects can feel as if you’re absolutely dying first. Anecdotal evidence needs to be included in the research and as academics, we owe it to the public to properly educate in a way people can practically implement these practices to improve and save their lives.

If you’re reading this and looking for hope and answers, start doing your research on mushrooms, aloe juice, and systemic detoxification including the full “American Lifestyle” wrought with stress since COVID also attacks the nervous system, which isn’t mentioned here.

I get the intention of getting the injection is good but there’s a chance of a bad reaction just from seeing it from people including me. The risks may seem low but reports are being swept under the rug.

I am pretty concern the man is recommending the vaccine. Not to sure about that. My wife has been vaccinated and boosted 4 times. To date she has had Covid 4 times. Her cognitive abilities are declining everyday
