Jessica also talks about issues that a HR Representative may face, such as Managers not doing their job properly and an individual in Human Resources is heavily relied on by their Managers. She explains hat she always emphasises to her Line Managers that it is their responsibility to deal with poor Performance and use HR as a resource to help and assist, not conduct.
