I consider myself a very knowledgeable owner with my Tesla. No joke I learned 4 things out of this. Thanks so much for this video. You did an amazing job covering and explaining the information. Thanks!!!

I’ve had my model 3 for 2 years now. I clicked on the video thinking to myself “Yeah I likely will know 19 of these but hopefully one of them is new”.

Mate.

Literally 12 of them I never knew about and were very helpful. Thank you so much for humbling me

Thanks for a super succinct, high value video. I knew about 50% of the tips, had forgotten others and learned a few great new ones. Some favs: 1 charging cord emergency release. 2. Large Tesla app icon that displays location and battery charge range. 3. Editing the four default settings at top of Tesla app. 4. The ability to adjust lights, temperature, volume etc via a touch/hold/drag motion.🚘

I am a new owner (6 weeks) there was about 14 tips I didn't know about, thanks Mike for putting this video together.

For going home, another quick function I use is just pressing the right button on the steering wheel and saying, “go home”. Works really well. I also use that function to verbally give addresses.

Everything was so clearly done and understandable... i learned so much and only a few I already knew! Yours is the best Tesla channel i've come across yet for learning stuff as a newbie. Subscribed!

Thanks for the tips. I knew the most of them but did learn something new.

If you step on the brake while doing a reset, as you mentioned, it will do a “hard reset”. It’s more “low level” than the soft one 😀

Mike! I cannot thank you enough for some of these but for me, the Tesla Widget is king for me. So nice to unlock, open Frunk, just by opening my phone and not swiping around and launching the Tesla app. Huge life improvement for me. I especially like that you narrate as you do without any extra (confusing when trying something for the first time) words or distractions. Awesome!

So many helpful tips in this video. From the manual charge pot unlock to the Widget. I may need to watch this video again to remember everything. I also like the better theater option too… I’m excited to test the swipe gestures too. Thanks !

Thanks bro! I just got it delivered, and I spent quite some time on the console exploring today. And yet, some of your tips were useful. And I appreciate that your video was also pretty concise.

I’ve had my Model Y for 2 years now and didn’t know about half of the features you covered. Well done! Thank You.

Excellent! So many useful things I did not know! We’ve had our Y 2 years. The headlights quick trick, the “slide” for temperature and volume, sharing address from phone to Tesla, the charge port release strap!! Holy cow!! Live sentry and talking through cars speakers. Fun. Now I can really freak people out. 😂Thank you!

I’ve had my Tesla since last June. I wish this was the first video I watched. I knew several of these but didn’t know some of them. So thank you for making each one reasonably quick. Well done man.

Great video. Sending addresses was a new one for me. Also like the Tesla widget for the phone. Makes it easier to honk the horn when you're lost in a parking lot! I wonder how many owners don't know all the things you can do by voice. Like changing the climate settings, turning the seat heaters on and off, give navigation instructions, change the wiper speed, etc. Less distracting than trying to play with the screen while driving.

Extremely thorough video. Took 2 months with the car to find some of these feature out. Learned some new tricks. Thanks for posting all these tips!

Very useful tips. I like the way that you just went right to the tip without a lot of fluff.

8:14 One thing to note about the parking brake. If you're driving down the street, hitting that button does nothing (car is smart enough to not go into park while you're driving). However, if you hold down that button, the car WILL engage the parking brake which will stop you suddenly. A few years ago I lost my Model S to Sudden Unintended Acceleration and when we bought the X my wife wanted to know how to stop the car in case that ever happened again. That's when we were told about the "hold the park button" feature. We actually tested it in a parking lot (only while creeping forward) before we bought the X.

Great video, Mike! You may want to incorporate the ability to change or display things using Voice Command, wipers, lights, tire pressure, Navigate to, the list is expanding everyday and is quite useful.😅
