I dont think this is a break up imo. Mike seems happy, if byler happens fair, but I think it'll break the whole dynamic of the show n relationships. In no world would El accept that, then there's Hopper, Joyce, Jonathan, Nancy, and friendships? I do think Will gets a happy ending but not w Mike, I believe he loves El🙌🏻

I'm more of a Lumax shipper but I'm pretty sure that this isn't a real scene. I know that there is a chance for Byler and stuff but I don't think Byler is gonna be endgame cuz of what they built for mike and eleven from s1-s3 and clearly the feeling isn't mutual, Will loves Mike but Mike doesn't (not in a romantic way). Maybe someone else would be right for will? I'm pretty sure Will is gonna tell mike and eleven after that, like Nico told Percy and Annabeth in percy jackson? (if you read the series you might understand). This scene might be real but it's just bad lip reading like others have said earlier.
