the game I downloaded on Android apps when level starts it goes back to the regular android screen / goes back to phone or what people might call crashes

Yea i wouldnt trust the helio stuff go for snap dragon i have a samsung a53 and the heating is the biggest issue so far the phone is great but it heat up very quickly basically cant use it for more than 1 hr at best and no its new it just has a terrible temprature regulation
