Alice Guo attends the House of Representatives 'quad' committee on Thursday, September 19, as it continues its hearing on illegal POGOs, Chinese syndicates, and drug trade.

The so-called committee is made up of the House committees on dangerous drugs, public order and safety, human rights, and public accounts.
