The Ultimate Thai Finger Food Naem Pork Ribs. These ribs take 3 days to prep but when cooked well worth the wait. Pork ribs soured with garlic fermented for 3 days then deep fried amazing! Eat with rice, sliced garlic, coriander, chilies, cucumber and a hot sauce of your choice – mine Siracha!

1/2 tbsp of white pepper.
1 tbsp of salt.
