Please can you clarify why ripe bananas & pineapple are on the list when they are said to be higher in fructose? Even though the fiber is consumed with it, do higher fructose fruits not pose any problems with people how have type 2 diabetes?

The liver does not care if carbs are from natural unrefined, they process them as glucose. That is why the glucose level spikes.

Kiwi is good if you eat one piece a days because it's around 80% of your vit C need daily. Blue berry is good but a handful in a day.

Eat breakfast within 2 hours waking up. Do not skip. Breakfast is good for your heart and keep your blood sugar stable. Have protein with breakfast like eggs, some meat. No cold milk, no cold yogurt. If you want to drink milk, drink it warm. Cold food and cold drink are not healthy according to chinese medicine.
If you want to eat yogurt, do not eat for breakfast. Eat during the day after noon.

Fruits raise blood sugar. I always eat fruits after a meal that has protein ( animal protein is best) and some healthy fat. Just little meat, not a lot. Protein and fat will slow down sugar spike. Fruits have fiber. So dont worry about getting fiber. Chinese medicine advice to have some fruits after meals. I would not eat fruit alone on empty stomach. It makes me dizzy, tired. I would eat fruits after a meal that has some protein. And of course, peanut butter, eggs, or meat have fat alreafy. So, all you need is eat some protein first ( bean does mot work. Meat, eggs, and nuts, seeds work), then have little fruits. This is how i experience feeling good eating fruits after eating protein.
Fruits haave nutrients. So, do not avoid fruits. But do not eat too much. Eat lot of green leafy vegetables.
