It's not all about the Tariffs. For example, Australian Beef has been targeted because Australia refuses to buy US Beef. We don't buy it and haven't for some 20 years, since Mad Cow in early 2000's, because it doesn't pass our stringent Food Safety Standards, and the US want Australia to change our Safety measures to allow reciprocal Beef trading. They claim Australia is doing it to protect Farming Income, but what they are protecting is the safety of its people. Australians don't want your Beef.
