Good Luck and Good Health, Konstantin. My mother had Bell's Palsy but recovered fully from it. Can't say how long it took because I was too young to know, but it was 100% recovery (and that would have been 60-70 years ago whilst medicine has moved on since then).

It's always good to hear from Konstantin on here but also on "Inside Russia". And it's good to come to Silicon Curtain - I must be binge watching as this is my third video today!

Always an interesting listen/watch. Keep up the good work, both of you.

Konstantin is very right about turbine maintenance. A quick search on the web showed this:
" I don’t know if new gas turbines have the same issues, but 20 years ago, turbine blades on large gas turbines had to be replaced periodically. The cycle of starting and stopping caused stress on the blades, which eventually would lead to cracking. The cost of replacing the blades was quite high, several million dollars as I recall, and so each start cycle was allocated a proportional amount of the blade replacement cost when dispatch costs were determined."

I had Bell's palsy as a very young child and it did get better. I was extremely stressed at the time and although the stress didn't lessen the palsy abated. Good luck to you, Konstantin.
