Although I follow him on his Inside Russia channel it is always illuminating to hear both of you together.

His grief for the "loss" of his homeland has been a sad story to witness over the last few years.

His humility, his humour and above all his empathy has helped lead him to his accurate tho heart-breaking understanding of all that is happening. Empathy being the very thing which he so accurately observes is diminishing in his countrymen.
