In a nut-shell, you're the first youtube channel that takes a holistic approach to a prosperous vision of the future, and you paint a picture that makes me feel warm and fuzzy and optimistic about the current time we're living in. Yes there's plenty of science/engineering youtube channels, but yours just hits different. You don't seem to be interested in covering topics trending in the algorithm with buzz words... it's feels genuine and authentic. Land value tax aka the most efficient, 'best', least bad tax. Economists generally favour it because it does not distort the economy, unlike taxes on incomes, sales, and capital).

It would also improve housing affordability by reducing speculation and encouraging denser supply where needed.
