This is what comunism and socialism really means. Literally everywhere in the world where these systems were applied the societies are struggling to this day (including countries where there is capitalism now).

So sad, the DPRK deserves all the international help it can get, unfortunately in our divided world where some nations and their citizens have been turned into evil monsters that's easier said than done.

You know, all this food aid isn't helping the North Koreans. It's hurting them.
On one hand, free grain undermines native farmers and disincentives more investment in food production.
On the other hand, being given free stuff incentivizes the regime to make the situation worse.
Do the math yourself; Starving people = you get free stuff.
How much of this is pocketed by the regime? Probably a significant portion.

I suspect that the WFP knows that they are hurting people and causing starvation, but do it intentionally to undermine foreign grain producers and make the developing world weaker/more dependent upon the UN.

Man! This is way different than what I see at Pyongyang! I call this inequality thanks to Kim Jong Un.
Level 1 is official
Level 2 is Pyongyang resident
Level 3 is anyone in this video
