I learned so much from your videos and understood my gallbladder issue. What is the reason many people lack of bile salt? is it true that if we elevate insulin too much, the liver can't produce enough bile acid or bile salt ? I understood lack of bile salt in the bile contributes to stone formation, but what contributes lack of salt made in liver ?
