The iPhone 14 Pro Max is my first iPhone after being a lifetime Android user, and to be honest, it’s been a joy to use. Dynamic Island is great, switching and adapting were super easy, and looks like I’m going to be an Apple User for life.

I appreciate the fact that you mentioned that these phones aren’t for those who are using a 12, 13, 13 Pro, etc. Seems like so many tech reviewers have focused on how there’s barely any difference between this and the 13 series. And while that is true, people with a 13 aren’t the intended audience. Lol Nowadays phones last much longer so it’s fair to assume that Apple is targeting those with an 8, X, XS, maybe even an 11.

Bought an iPhone 14 pro max coming from an iPhone 11. Wasn’t planning on upgrading at first but taking consideration of the differences between the two, I decided to upgrade. I have had my iPhone 11 for 2 years and it’s at around 75% battery health. I definitely won’t be upgrading my 14 pro max for a long time

I get your point on who should buy the 14. I have a 13PM and after looking at the 14, and not just the lack of SIM, I didn’t feel the 14 was enough of an improvement to justify the purchase.

I have the standard 14 and the battery life is amazing on its own. I unplug it in the morning around 830 and by 11pm that night with moderate to heavy use im at 35%

I have an interesting experience. I was planning to get the 14 pro for Christmas. But here in the Netherlands, it takes even longer, somewhere in mid-January. Soo i had a change of heart and got an iPhone 14 256GB with the new AirPods pro 2nd gen. and a few cases. The overall price would have been the same if would have gone with the pro but now with all this, the regular 14 is just a better deal to me.

my 14 plus is being delivered today, went with it for the lighter big phone instead of paying for the max, last pro phone I had I didn’t really use the camera system to need something other than my nikon camera

My iPhone 13 pro max is still rocking. It's just that apple might have played a little bit with my phone battery health which suddenly dropped by 2% after iOS 16 upgrade.

I’m not one to take many pictures but damn the night mode on this phone is amazing. A HUGE upgrade from the iPhone 6s I was using before. 😂 I miss you Touch ID.
