Very helpful. We use these at my church. I only have a basic understanding of how to use them. Your video gave me a better understanding. Thanks.

It is not exclusively an in ear system. It can run wedges too. This might be confusing to some.

Thanks! The Behringer website doesn't have any useful documentation on how to use the P16. Nothing explains the store or recall feature.

Technically the P 16 is a personal monitor mixer. In-ear monitors or IEM’s refer to the actual earbuds along with a wireless or wired hadphone amplifier.

my church has around 6 channels for the drums so they take up a lot of channels already. is there a way to group them into one or two channels?

We have a Beringer X32 and P16s. I would like the worship leader to to be able to hear the main Left and Right front of house signel in one channel on the p16s. Can I route the main left and right to a bus? I would then send the bus to the p16 where we could solo the p16 channel.

What is the best way to connect 4.4 balanced IEMs to the power play? Just use an adapter from the 6.5 to 4.4female? Or use the two R&L line outs to a 4.4 female?

Could someone explain to me, like say I was recording drums, and wanted to send out 16 channels individually, how does it work if this is ethernet, and someone has a standard interface like a common one that has say 8-16 line outs over Dsub, or 1/4", and maybe 8-16 outs over Adat, or something, how would you even hook this up being that all the channels are over ethernet?

Is there any possibility on the X32 mixer to set the gain independently from the P16M mixer?
Every time when the mixing guy changing the gain of a certain channel live (FOH), the gain is changing in the P16M too, and ruining my settings of my monitor. Is there any possibility to solve this problem? Thanks.

With regard to LINK and GROUP it's not clear if you are limited to having just one linked pair and/or just one group?

Nicely done tutorial. We don't always have time to give new team members a comprehensive lesson on the P16's, so I'm always trying to pull them aside and show them these features. Especially panning, which really helps separate everything in your ears. I'm thinking of doing a similar tutorial for our specific team, but yours covers all the basics already. I also created an Excel label strip, but without the colors. I'll check your out and may just switch them out. :-)
