All by herself? You know, even with vaginal delivery Drs only catch the baby. They don't do much.
This is a pretty normal for women to do this by themselves (or if the hubby is aiding her)
Why do people think its shocking to give birth OUTSIDE the hospital as if since the dawn of mankind it wasn't ALWAYS like that? 🤦‍♀️

Just gave birth to my second in an hour, which was shocking and very sudden. Husband caught the baby! It was a planned homebirth but not without a midwife 😂

Good job. We women have been giving birth for years and years and years. ❤❤❤ 1st baby is usually the longest. My water brok 1 minute after midnight, which became 1 minute after my mother n nieces birthday, my daughter wanted her own day and finally 19 and a half hours after my water broke. Our bodies are designed to be able to give birth. Glad she did good and there was no complications. ❤❤❤❤

This happened to me. Strange pain that didn’t exactly feel like labor but then 90 minutes later my son was born!

This is really the ideal way to give birth. I only wake my husband up right as I’m about to start pushing. Birth works best when undisturbed…look at any other mammal in nature. They don’t call everyone over to come watch!

It's very odd that when a woman gives birth unassisted it is seen as some shocking endeavor and we still don't consider that birth is natural and a woman's body knows what to do.
The anamoly is all of the "assistance" and intervention we tell women they need in order to do something their body could literally do even if they themselves were unconscious.
