Watched this video in the morning now night time i broke the same vacuum line but luckily i have a little bit more of the hard line to play with

A little bit of liquid electrical tape over where you mated the hoses will stop them from backing out or otherwise seperating

I know this is an old video but do you remember what size hose you used.

Do you know where to get the boots that connect the smaller line to the bigger barb? My line broke at the boot and won't come out but if I had another boot I could still use the rest of the line

So what is the other side vacuum line used for as I can't seam to trace it down

Wish you could still buy this whole setup from Ford. I found the part number but it’s discontinued 😢.

I got the hose and adapters. I replaced all my res lines.

My vacuum lines were melted in a fire and my vents dont work

Can i cut the melted part off and do the same thing?

@dannyjohnsonsgarge Hey Danny mine broke towards the back of the engine that same line but it goes into a Tee by the throttle body. One of the lines is disconnected I cant find it out where it goes? Does it go under the passenger fender to the Canister Purge Valve? Do you have another video covering the cabin air stuck on defrost I noticed mine is stuck and this vacuum hose is disconnected. I think it goes into the firewall?

What does the other red hose do? That’s the one that is broke on mine

My hoses broke just looking at them. Had to splice in hose also way before you made this video. Can’t get these hoses anywhere either. For such a popular engine you would think a aftermarket company would make a replacement setup. Also be aware that this is the vacuum line people on YouTube tell you to disconnect to hear what your car would sound like cammed. Big mistake disconnecting these lines. They will break!!!
