The EPA doesn't have the authority to set bans, only Congress can. The SC and the Chevron Deference ruling changed who can and can't set rules/laws.

Still waiting on theme to make my dewalt 24 v from losing power in the cold. Try to fix a $100 problem before you mess with a $30, 000 one.

They are slowing because they are ugly, boxy, bland designs and you have to charge the thing over and over specially if driving heavy miles. 😅 charging stations over crowded now.

ALL new car sales are going down. When they stopped making any cars for less than $30, 000, they made a stupid choice.

How can they put restrictions on purchasing gas fueled vehicles as if we the people dont have the right to choose what type of car we want to buy? EV vehicles whether Electric or running on some cleaner system to limit emissions are more costly and less efficient. Electric vehicles are not reliable the batteries tend to hold less charge when its cold, the electrical components in the car could malfunction if they are too cold or overheated or if too humid and if moisture gets in them. You are not in control of certain functions of the vehicle. Also they say you can recycle batteries for the vehicles but the heavy metals that are toxic cant be recycled once they are no longer of use. Making all those batteries for these vehicles and then one day having to dispose of the waste from all those batteries will be very toxic. Also I've seen where a lot of the electric vehicles just wont start up after a certain amount of miles you put on them. Its like your car just stops working and there is nothing you can do. These electric cars are also prone to fires or explosions in collisions especially if the battery's are damaged. Then the car is mostly plastic and wiring and they just burn down into nothing. A car that runs on gas is more dependable and reliable and people would just rather have a gas vehicle. How reliable and safe are EV vehicles really the electric ones to be exact because I've seen cases where people got into collisions the electric vehicle would cut off completely and they couldn't get out. In the manual it states if in a collision pull the back seat down and escape through the trunk. That makes no sense because what if you are pinned in the car or hit from the back and the trunk won't open? Why can't I just open the driver's and passengers doors to get out like a normal car? Why do I have to exit through the trunk with broken ribs and arms?

No EV for me.
Until they can get me to work at -25°F in 6 inches of snow, I'm sticking to gasoline!!

How can you own electric vehicle when you can’t even afford your power bill at your house? The quality of power has not increased nor has the service so why does power cost so much?
