Great video! Regarding the potential intracranial edema in head injury patients, is saying edema is caused by fluid excess in the tissues the same thing as saying edema is caused by fluid excess in the cells? And would this be the reasoning behind not giving a hypotonic solution because this solution would cause even more fluid to go into the cells, exacerbating the edema? Thanks!
