Free Budget Spreadsheet & Step by Step Tutorial (Google Sheets)

Budgeting will help you become a millionaire. It reveals exactly where your money is going so you can then redirect it to things that improve your life and grow your wealth!

This spreadsheet template is something I've been working on and refining since 2018. Until now, it's just been for personal use but it's time to share it with the world! This video explains how to get a copy (for free or for the price of your choice), reviews the template so you know how it works and how to use it, and finally shows you an example of the spreadsheet all filled out so you can see what it looks like in action!

To use it, you need a Google account because the copy of the template will be used in a free Google service called Google Sheets. Think of it like Microsoft Excel, but free and it works perfectly on all your devices. Once you have your Google account and have clicked the link, you will be directed to a website called Gumroad. It is a place where people can offer products to other people online. Click "I Want This" on the page for my budget spreadsheet and you will be redirected to Google Sheets. BUT WAIT, why can't you edit the template?! That's because this is the original version that everyone else sees too! To use it, you need to make a copy of this one. Go to File, then Make a Copy. Then it will open a version for you!

Web, I really enjoyed your spreadsheet breakdown. I have a category on my spreadsheet that calculates how long till personal debt is paid off after monthly bills have been paid. It's a nice carrot as that number starts to go down.
