What The NBA Community Really Thinks Of Nikola Jokic!

Nikola Jokic has risen to the top of the league through his unique ability to dominate in the paint, play make, and his unorthodox shots which leave his defenders shaking their heads. He has already won two MVPs and is likely to be in the MVP conversation for years to come. His greatness is universally accepted and now it’s a matter of how great he will truly become when it’s all said and done. As he continues his dominance, NBA players, both current and former, can’t help but marvel at his ability to control the game and assert his style of play, earning respect from his peers and Hall of Famers.

This is a great video about a player we never heard of called Yochich

Saying his name wrong 10000 times in this video is almost as bad as Perk's evaluation of NIKOLA JOKIC's lack of MVP quality

What pisses me off... These people who cover the game and are paid to do it cannot say the persons name correctly.

I don’t think Cousins was doubting Jokic, not at all. He was just putting into context what a triple MVP would imply… he even said “not that he can’t be in the future…”

I thought it was a very conscious and balanced opinion

Is this video a joke? He can't even say his name... wtf is this

You have to give credit to KD for showing his respect for Jokic. Unlike Lebron trying to steal the show with his retirement announcement.

I didn't know Joker has as much respect for Kat as Kat has for Joker. You couldn't tell by the way Joker dominated him.

The Joker is on another level right now... The next NBA Superstar and he will be around for a while, definitely a generational talent.

The irony of the three MVP's in row is rather interesting. I keep hearing that it's a regular season award based upon the players performance during the regular season but many seem to be judging based upon elements that are outside the the regular season. For example, playoff performance - that's not regular season. Championships - that's not regular season..

I mean. I would say from an organizational stand point. Bill Russell HAS to be the most important draft pick the man leads your team to 11 championships. He’s also the coach for 2 of those seasons.

Boogie gave Joker props. He got a point about the 3rd consecutive MVP.

joker he's de facto point guard in Denver, a point guard with center responsibility. So, when they are on the attack the other Nuggets players are expecting mostly a pas from him at any moment, so it's completely up to him to decide to make a shut himself to the basket, which he will do like a point guard but from a much better elevated position. Then when he is in the defense he switches to a center role, and so on, he keeps on changing from point guard while attacking to center when they are defending.
I don't know how much are other teams aware about that, or if they can do anything to minimize jokinc
