Top 10 NBA stars make $49-55 million gross = $25-27 net (assuming 50% tax) = Euro 23-25 million.

You should also consider two other factors. The first one is that the life expenses are much lower in Europe, especially from country to country. For example, a home in Athens would cost just a fraction compared to what K. Nunn would have to spend to buy/rent one in Miami or Los Angeles. The second factor is that, for example, in Panathinaikos, players are taking tax-free money under the table.
