Live: Tampa police update on body parts found in McKay Bay

Tampa police have launched a death investigation after a second human body part was found in McKay Bay. A possible leg and other body part were found over the last two days. Interim Chief Ruben Delgado has details.

This video shows the tattoo. It is three hearts, with blue ribbon, and the names Sean, Greg and Zach. To me, this suggests that these might be the sons of this person. The names were fashionable in the 70s and 80s, so the person may be elderly now.
