If you encountered a "404 Not Found" error, the reasons could be:

1) The Primary User is already set to "None."
2) The device is "managed by" ConfigMgr in the Intune portal.
3) The device name/ID does not exist in Intune.
4) In the input file (.CSV file), columns are not updated with correct information. It should be the user's email ID, not the user's object ID.
