TONY FERGUSON THE TYPE OF GUY TO GIVE HIS COACH SOME COACHING TIPS

You're not just a great, very technical fighter. You're a very good coach aswell. You're able to wrap things up short and understandable and you pick up the most important aspects. You present it short and perfectly on point and demonstrate it on such a high technical level at the same time.
Great work, great Channel! I love it! You're an inspiration to a lot of guys ot there. Me included. Thanks! Keep going 🤘💪👊
Best regards from Germany

Love it. I see a big difference between guys at my Muay Thai club and the commercial gym.

My first rule.... always wear gloves.

Just saw this. I took lessons at age 50 for a few years. Still do 6 rounds a few times a week on the bag. This is a very good video. I do all of this and also do some kicks (front, side, roundhouse). All to keep my cardio, coordination, strength and flexibility. I’m now 68. Can’t compete with the 20-30 year olds. But feel pretty good if I was facing a non-boxer 40+.

You are a crazy good teacher. Balanced, grounded, serious enough, man. Keep it up! I love your videos.

Am I the only one who wants Shane to fight in the KSI v Logan Paul 2 undercard and show the youtube community how it’s done? Shane pin this if there’s a good possibility of that happening. Loving the boxing vids btw.

I train the Kickboxing Underground method. Everything you're saying is right on point with how we think about heavy bag training. You are an awesome teacher, man. Much respect!
