Sir can you please tell me what do you mean by “this is not in same domain” 6:00 when you got the error.
I am getting the same error when I am not selecting the mid server and selecting the listener.

I want to understand the difference and what if I want to use the listener and do not want to select mid. Server.

Can you please explain me the same.

Very informative ! We can import Users and Groups from LDAP in ServiceNow user table if use MID server as well easily but can we do user Authentication with LDAP. does it work? Please suggest.

I tried this but the group membership didn't work. Have you done anything else specifically for importing the group membership?

I connected one AD using LDAP. I can see all AD data from LDAP browse post connection. It contain more than 70+ OUs and in every OU Nodes have userAccount nodes where 10000+ users are available. I have to import all OU users in to SNOW user (sys-usr) table. What could be details to write into RDN, Query, and Filter fileds. Example If I write only (name=nayeem*) in filter field if LDAP/user datasoure it is giving me all users starting with nayeem but if use(name=*)in filter fileds then after browse it doesn't show anything on nodes. It should show all 60K+ records. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Not clear how to use these three field RDN, query and filter in combination effectively after looking AD data.any conceptual details with video/link will be appreciated . Also what could be the query for above scenario. Thanks
