If you’re going to do a test on battery life do it on the same game so both controllers are being tested against the same application….seems a bit weird and inconsistent to do two different games.

you didn't actually test the xbox battery- "medium" could mean 50% or it could mean anything under 80%

you can literally see in this video that it still read as "medium" 7 hours later bro

I perfer a slot for batteries or a pack over internal batteries. You can easily swap them out for an extra pair and if the internal battery decides to crap out you can't just replace it. It's the one thing I don't really like about the elite controller for xbox. Even though that things battery is insane. It goes days without charging

But you started the xbox test at 2.59 pm and it was Medium at 10.35 pm

Having mute on alongside adaptive triggers, not changing the light power, etc kill the battery. My controller lasts all day and goes on until later the next day off one charge with having all the unnecessary stuff off

And they do make battery packs which last longer

If you want a controller with really good battery life get a Xbox Design Lab controller. That thing lasts me about two to two days before I have to charge it.

So Fallout 4 starts with a massive ass cutscene, whilst helldivers 2 you jump in straight away. To me it seems like the ps4 has more strain on it plus you didn't tell us how long thw xbox actually lasted until.

Sorry but that's not true. My dualsense can live with full strength trigger effect and vibration at least 9 hours. Sometimes 10 hours

I have both consoles. The Xbox controller batteries last way longer.

My batteries last over days with more then 2 hours of game

Duracell sux I use rechargeable Rayovac and they last around 12-14hrs depending on game I'm playing.
