What many of us REALLY need is the isometric or angular birds eye view, ie. from says 40° angle or so, not straight down in which ZERO walls can be seen.
IF I recall, Bing maps use to have that feature, but clicking Birdseye on the right side bar seemed to make no difference.

Great; I live 95% of my life on the desktop and do this a dozen times per day. But you might have mentioned the weird little diamond symbol on the Android phone that you bang in order to be able to bang Default/Satellite/Terrain and Street View.
If people don't know, that little symbol did appear in the video in the little square on the lower left, by the word "layers".

This video and other sites didn't help me with my Android. Why do you assume people are only on desktops? GEE!
