I wonder if this google map allows to record. Example: Suppose I leave my bicycle or motorcycle or car outside in the street, and then I want to know who messed or stole the bicycle, motorcycle, etc. Ordinance violation such as parking for the whole week not allowing other people to park in the street, it would spare the police or other staff from the city to waste time to investigate by just viewing the offenders via google map. Is it possible?
