This is PHENOMENAL. Love that AK is leading the USA on intelligent electoral reform to reduce extremism and division, and ensure we have real COMPETITION in politics and candidates can only govern once they receive a majority of the vote. A candidate shouldn't be able to govern with a simple plurality vs a majority. (APPLAUSE AK!!)
