Web Browser Wars II - Which browser is the fastest in 2010?

Great video, straightforward and too the point. My assessment was similar on speeds, I'm sad to see minefield has fallen behind like it has though... wonder whats keeping their numbers down.

I love Chrome because it takes so little screen space, and they started to make some addons for it too!

I currently use firefox. I been hearing that chrome has been getting allot of praise because of the speed and most of my friends are like you gotta make the switch to Chrome, but I'm not sure about it. I have used safari before, the features are great but sucks up allot of memory. Is Chrome great, what do you think?

I use Firefox just because Orbit download manager arent compatible with Chrome or Safari but since Ive got a lot of computers I normally use Chrome if I have the chance due to that you can sync your bookmarks on your google account. ^^

it may depend on the hardware at some level, but the hardware he has used is consistent. The ratio between Firefox and Chrome for example would be the same with a slow, as well as with a fast cpu.

best part bout firefox is the free ad blocking software makes connection even faster when your not connecting to half a dozen other sites that are trying to sell your surfing habits

It was a big step for me to move using Chrome coz I used to be huge FF fanboy, but Chrome just is faster and more convenient, much more pleasant to use than any other browser. But that's just MY opinion. FF and Safari are both awesome as well. (and there's nothing wrong with opera either)

I will stick with firefox, it has never failed me, it performs great and the interface is very friendly.

I just upgraded from Internet explorer 8 to Safari... and my god can you ever tell a HUGE difference. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit Professional version with Safari. It's incredible.

I jusy ran the test and scored 2283 on my Firefox! yay and I only have a e8200 and radeon 4850 Toxic edition and I am upgrading to e8600 or q9650 :)

Yes the new Opera is by far the best and fastest.Usually install and uninstall within 1 day but this time round its a keeper, O_~

chrome maybe faster..
but FF with all the addons...and the modest memory usage when opening 8 tabs... makes me in favor of FIREFOX.
and because its an open source... love mozilla!
