Recipe: Yam Mamuang - Thai Green Mango Salad (2 servings)

1 1/2 cup of julienned Green Mango
1 Fresh Lime
3 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp Palm sugar syrup (place palm sugar and water in a a sauce pan over medium heat. Boil until sugar dissolves. Take off the heat and let the syrup cool before use)
4 Thai Schallots
4 Spur Chilies
1/2 cup roasted Cashew nuts

What vegetables could you add to bulk up the salad so it could be a main dish without the fish? Glass noodles or rice noodles?
