She got away with nonsense 50 times and now she believes she is ENTITLED to her own ways.

The staff person was very professional and patient. I applaud him. Dealing with people everyday isn't easy. Especially when they are defiant as this woman was. Then she smiles at the end as if she won. What goes around comes back around.

It really irks me to the "nth" degree to see that so many people feel "entitled." They stomp their feet and throw a temper, expecting everyone around them to accommodate them. This is one of the rudest people I have seen since all the "Karen's" came out of hiding during COVID. The airline had every right to refuse her boarding for this type of behavior, and they should have.

I am beyond dumbfounded! Ma'am you are flying SW which allows 2 free bags. I get it carryon is easier, but you know you over packed. Be happy they didn't weigh your bag like other airlines & charged you🤷🏿‍♀️
