People both sides-ing this debacle are missing the point. I have my issues with AOC and Crockett but they were in the right here. MTG made personal insults against both AOC and Crockett. Based on decorum rules set by the chair himself, MTG should not have been recognized and her insults stricken. This didn't happen and the hypocrisy was the cause of the meltdown.

AOC raised her voice but on the paper of it handled things much more maturely than Greene. Compare, "Let's strike her words down", "let's have her apologize" to "Your eyelashes are making it hard for you to see (or whatever she said)", "I'm not apologizing". How Christian of MTG to insult people instead of turning the other cheek and refusing to apologize instead of working towards reconciliation... 🙄

Say what you will about her politics themselves but on the maturity and civilized front, AOC takes it in my book.
