Fantastic insight. Singed got no minions, and now he has to reset, meaning he cannot feasibly proxy again, because he'd miss a wave (maybe even 2) trying to sneak back, putting him 2 levels behind (atleast), which is a completely unrecoverable position. So, he now has to go to lane, allowing the Jax to force him to stay in lane, which will be easy, cas the Singed is returning level 1.
