Dry
-1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp / 75G All-Purpose Flour
-2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
-1/2 Tsp Salt

Wet
-5 oz /145G Pumpkin Puree
-1/3 Cup / 67G Sugar
-2 Tbsp / 25G Brown Sugar
-1 Egg (50G)
-2 Tbsp / 28ml Oil
-2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Cream Cheese Topping
-3 oz / 84G RT Cream Cheese
-1 Tbsp Sugar
-1/2 Egg Yolk (9G)
-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Bake at 375F / 191C for 15-18 minutes or golden brown.
