State of emergency declared for snowstorms in western New York

Gov. Kathy Hochul declared a state of emergency on Wednesday evening in anticipation of lake-effect snow impacting parts of the state in the coming days.

I live in West Michigan. I was late to work the last 2 days by 10 minutes because of this. We call it Winter. Pay attention when you drive, slow down and relax.

Having lived in Georgia, when it rained, those Southern GOOFS drove faster as opposed to slowing down.
