Climate report: Europe weather set to become 'more intense'

Europe was the fastest-warming continent in 2023, according to the 2023 European State of the Climate report by Copernicus Climate Change Service.

Sky's science and technology editor Tom Clarke has travelled to a farm in Lincolnshire where extreme rainfall has destroyed the potato harvest leaving no spring crops.

In 2022, the same farm saw its harvest destroyed by drought.

I dreamed a coming heatwave a couple of weeks ago. Hitting as far north as northern parts of France and Germany. It said +45 degrees on the map.
