Should Christians Celebrate Christmas or Acknowledge The Birth Jesus on December 25th?

I acknowledge Jesus Christ every day in my life-birth, death and resurrection. I stopped celebrating Christmas 4 years ago and I have no regrets.

The Christmas spirit is a spirit that I definitely had to be delivered from. I LOVED "Christmas" and it's spirit seemed so loving and joyous. Even though I was the one buying the gifts, preparing the food and sometimes renting 6/7 bedroom houses in order to host and sleep as many family members as possible; I did it with grace and love.

Outside fire pits, roasting marshmallows, games, telling stories; Christmas was always memorable. I planned it to the tee!

In recent years, I stopped celebrating it but pressed my lips shut. Those closest to me year after year stopped celebrating it and other holidays on their own🙏🏾🙏🏾

God is seperating his people from this world and it's holidays ❤❤❤

Nah brother, this lukewarm episode is not passing for me. Speak the raw truth, I personally no longer celebrate ANYTHING. Every day is a celebration for me. These holidays are all pagan celebrations, AND Christians are just never going to give them up. Thus, the deliverance ministry continues, this podcast continues, the anxiety the barrenness the suicidal thoughts etc.... I live a free peaceful life since I gave all this STUFF up!!!!

This is my first year not celebrating Christmas or my birthday. I went out to dinner but no cake. For Christmas, no tree. I didnt make a big announcement or fuss about this change. Just allowed Gods word to lead me..why was I celebrating these things? He clearly tells us in the Word to not worship Him as the pagans worship their gods.

I'm a little surprised by this response. After truth wslas revealed to me, I stopped celebrating Christmas, birthdays, and all other pagan holy-days about 10 years ago. Praying more will be awakened to the truth and come out of the way of the heathens.

Christmas is about the birth of Tammuz. Tammuz was a sun god. Sun worship was very prevalent in ancient times, you can find this in Ezekiel 8. This provokes the Lord to jealously.

The Bible also tells us not to learn the way of the pagan nations because that is how they worshipped there gods. It is all connected to idolatry.. Read Jeremiah 10, Deuteronomy 12.

The Father desires that we worship Him in spirit and truth! I pray that the eyes of many are opened in Jesus name! 🙏🏽🤍

If one still thinks that Christmas is a celebration of "Christ" they are under strong delusion. If one is still celebrating worldly holidays and doesn't celebrate the BIBLICAL FEAST DAYS, there is a problem. This fallen world is the enemy's playground. The ORIGIN matters.
And we will be responsible for coming into the truth of the real reason the 25th was chosen and then ignoring it.
But let it be determined by your own conviction.
I tried to continue celebrating the 25th (Christmas) (CHRIST-MASS) after coming into the truth.
But both times I was convicted, so i said ok God and i stopped.
Many find excuses to continue celebrating simply because they don’t want to let it go.

I no longer celebrate my birthday or Christmas. I’ve spent lots of time with the Lord and have been made aware of his heart for the tree and Christmas as well as my birthday. I follow Pastor Phillip, but I do not celebrate Christmas or Easter for they are pagan and have nothing to do with the real celebration. I left the cathoilc church this year and decided to have no denomination but be born again in Christ's truth.

Why does God convict some christians and not others about Christmas?
I was convicted to stop celebrating through studying and prayer. No one told me anything. Afterwards then i started coming across other believers, i thought i was alone at first.

Me and my family stopped celebrating Christmas Halloween thanksgiving because God gave my husband the Word and lead him to scripture we stopped about 15 years ago family shunned us and made us feel like crap but we listened to God I’m not saying you don’t when God leads you to the truth you will obey

I don’t condemn the people who celebrate Christmas because I was without this knowledge even last year.
