I bought tart cherry juice from concentrate at the grocery store. Its not concentrated It's just a regular bottle of juice. Would you recommend giving a 3 year old a whole 8oz cup of this juice twice daily?? it seems like a lot of juice. I like the idea of mixing it with the yogurt, but that would be a lot of liquid to give if I'm mixing the 8oz of juice with more liquid. I'm assuming the concentrate that you gave your kids has the same amount of sugar as a full 8oz glass because it's concentrated. Is this right?

It's a Virgo thing. I'm the same way. I used to irritate my mother still do. Virgos are hard workers therefore natural fasting. I find I need to eat more.
