If Phil was 6'5, he could have chested it.

Should get Neville and Carragher to debate this on MNF

If you think that is Neville's best pass, then surely you have never seen him play in Prime united. He was a work-horse delivering clever crosses.

Phil Neville, every time he came on and played for England you knew we were finished.

generally speaking, it's preferable not to pass at head height unless it's a cross....

It was a good pass ruined by Phil's poor agility. If Phil didn't grow up in Man U academy he would have been a lower league player. Shows how far hard work can get you that he actually turned into a technically decent player at Everton when he was technically so poor at man u

haha that was not a good pass though, looked cool but needed to be lower.

His best ever pass was uncontrollable by its recipient - is that a good pass?

It still amazes me to this day that Phil Neville was not only a Man Utd player but he also played for England.

To be fair, he did have some great passes. Whoever labeled this his best pass is just happy we all watched it

I’ll never understand Phil Neville. Never liked seeing him in the starting 11, can’t forget that penalty he gave away against Romania lol

only misjudged the height of his brother, a very common mistake :)

Neville was a brilliant crosser and if playing for a different manager and didn't have Beckham and Ronaldo in front of him would of got more assists. Great player, leader of the class of 92 and first in the England team and first starter for Manchester United apart from obviously giggs
