Simply put it....western countries wasn't interested in investing in Africa until the chinese invested.

Giving jobs to underdeveloped countries is actually WAYY better than giving them food or clothing donations

Wow, that's actually a very sensible policy. Africa has both a cheap ready-to-work population and resources, China gives them capital to get jobs, and China makes a good income.

Trust me I’ve lived in Africa and when I tell you Chinese helped a really did, It was around 2013, 2014...Kenya’s highway system was completely revolutionized....As commoner you could feel it, No more potholes, We had a four way road system even for low income areas and “Thicka” a big town now, blew out of nowhere.
