The modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia is a city like no other. What's interesting about the movie is the terms of scale. The animals are all still their same hieghts and proportions. Old school anthropomorphic movies and shows usually have the animals all the same size. Here in this movie to go along with the theme that it's a world built for animals by animals and not just animals ihabiting a world built for people they retain the size of the animals in question. So for the small rodents and other tiny mammals, their part of the city is tiny making any cop chase in there akin to a kaiju battle.

And that is why I'm going to see this movie, it just looks so clever.

I love how everything in this movie fits together so perfectly, this small scene alone is crucial for two plot points.
This movie blows inside-out out of the water.

One look and I can already tell the world of Zootopia will be the best thing since San Fransokyo in Big Hero 6.

I love how the weasel contorts his body to avoid the travel tubes. They must have had a fun time storyboarding that sequence.

She kinda reminds me of Snooki from Jersey Shore. But only because of her look, at least Fru Fru is not rude to everyone. She's pretty sassy, but not really rough for the other citizens of the city (or at least, most of 'em).

Seeing Judy and the weasel in the rodent district gives a Godzilla/kaiju feel. And Targoat is just plain hilarious!

Duke Weaselton reminds me a bit to Scrat from Ice Age.

Notice most of the camera angles are upward shots, as though we are viewing everything from the ground. This gives the "big" effect and makes the characters feel bigger in their environment. Love it! ^_^

This movie is going to do a lot of neat stuff with scale. A character seen as small under normal circumstances can appear to be giant under other circumstances, no mad science or magic required!

A police rabbit trying to catch a Fox Robber in a city of mice? LOL! Those are words I never thought I would say together xD I'm hnestly excited to see this movie now! REALLY interesting! :)
