Really helpful that you talked about pairing these with the FX10H. I have that amp as well and was wondering how well it would drive the Kefs. I listen a bit louder than you so I think I will keep searching for a good pairing based on your comments. Thanks for taking the time to put this together.

Thank you for explaining the reason they've made some over achievers. Indeed, they simply bring new people into their client pool.
I certainly do, at this price the concerto meta seems like a very reasonable high value choice

Great review! Do you think they can be place really close to the back wall (say, 1/2 foot) without sounding "boomy"?

How do you find the bass on these? I like the mids and highs, but the bass seems to be disappointing. Also, if you put these speakers in a cluttered room I wonder if you need to worry about reflections interfering with the sound quality due to the wide dispersion of the speakers.
